A fantastic 40 minute workout that fits in a lot of exercises in a short period of time. Appropriate for those that have a little experience with kettlebells.

Kettlebell

This 50 minute class focuses on all-around body workouts that's sure to leave you wanting more.

Kettlebell Cardio

Instructor: Akasha Larson
50 minutes of kettlebell action with the program using lighter weights and adding more repetitions.
 

Kettlebell Technique

Instructor: Akasha Larson
An excellent class for beginners, this 50 minute class builds in instructional time for students to learn the fundamentals of kettlebell exercises, so that they can workout safely and focus on their personal goals.
 

Kettlebell Strength & Cardio

Instructor: Akasha Larson
A combination program, this 50 minute class will have exercises focusing on strength and other exercises emphasizing cardio.

Yoga

Instructor: Inée Ader
An energizing and invigorating 45 minute Ayurvedic based yoga class designed to bring balance.

Cardio Kickboxing

Instructor: Kyle Wright
This 50 minute class will make you sweat! Body weight work to warmup and then put on your gloves and really start moving.

Pilates Mat

Instructor: Alex Ignacio
This 45 minute class takes you through a Pilates progression that works out and stretches your entire body.

Pilates Strength

Instructor: Alex Ignacio
A unique 50 minute class where the first half takes you through several rounds of kettlebell exercises followed by Pilates floor work, emphasizing core and stretching to leave you feeling incredible.
 

Boot Camp

Instructor: Brittany Sandoval
You don't know the meaning of a tough workout until you've tried Boot Camp, a non-stop 50 minute class that mixes up the routines and exercises so you'll never know what's coming next, all with energetic music for your soundtrack.

Akasha Larson

Akasha is the Owner of Uplifted Fitness, and teaches many of the kettlebell classes. She is also a certified massage therapist, and works with many of our clients helping them recover faster from workouts and injuries.

Christopher Campbell

Christopher is a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor (SFG I), and oversees the kettlebell program at Uplifted Fitness. He teaches the Kettlebell Strength classes and focuses on proper form and fundamentals.


Inée Ader

Inée is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and teaches our yoga classes. Her classes are extremely popular and provide a wonderful balance to our other strength based offerings.

Kyle Wright

Kyle comes from a competitive jiu-jitsu and MMA background and brings his wealth of experience to our cardio kickboxing classes. Kyle is also a certified life coach and works with many clients to help them achieve their potential.


Brittany Sandoval

Brittany Sandoval teaches the Boot Camp class at Uplifted Fitness. She is AFAA group fitness certified and provides her clients with a functional, intense, and fun workout.

Alex Ignacio

Alex teaches our Pilates Mat and Pilates Strength classes. He owns a Pilates studio in Los Alamos, New Mexico, and brings that experience to our clients which is the perfect compliment for our kettlebell and other classes.
