Brittany Sandoval

Brittany Sandoval has been a R.I.P.P.E.D instructor for almost 4 years. She is also AFAA group fitness certified and provides her clients with a functional, intense, and fun workout! R.I.P.P.E.D (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric, Endurance and Diet) is the one-stop body shock with movements and exercises that are constantly mixed up so that your body does not plateau from doing the same routine all the time.


Melissa Hayden

Melissa Hayden is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a Certified Group TRX Suspension Trainer, and a Certified Spinning© Instructor. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Walden University and an Associate’s degree in Exercise Science from Santa Fe Community College. Melissa specializes in working with adults 60 years and older, and has a background as a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation technician. Outside of work she enjoys cycling and snow sports with her son.

Ed Rael

Ed Rael has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2007 and is trained in developing exercise programs for special populations. He has worked alongside the Christus St. Vincent Cardiac and Pulmonary programs since 2007. He is Certified to Instruct Insanity, which is a High Intensity Interval Workout, and is also a Certified TRX Instructor. Ed was a Fire Fighter for the City of Santa Fe for 22 years. He worked on an ambulance as an Emergency Medical Technician responding to 911 calls and trained Fire Fighters throughout his Fire Fighting career.
